Imagine spending your spring, summer and enjoying the fall colours on the banks of the Ottawa River. This cozy, fully furnished cottage comfortably sleeps 8-10 people in two bedrooms with double bunks and a screened-in porch. It has an open concept living/dining room area and kitchen that provided an abundance of cabinetry along with a deck and gazebo for outdoor entertaining. There is no well and/or septic (see Rep. remarks) at the property, but it has a small bathroom with a portable toilet and shower stall. The spring flood of 2019 did affect the cottage but caused no significant damage due to double pine wall construction. This cottage includes two lots (see Rep. remarks) with 66ft of waterfront. It is truly a park-like setting with a sandy beach, fantastic views of Allumettes Island, a bridge to Quebec and the Laurentian Mountains. A perfect family getaway!
