The water is warmer on the south shore and a great area for swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding or to simply walk the ocean floor. Inside the extraordinary kitchen with a beautiful island and open concept dining area is the perfect place to make all of those summer memories. There is a ton of room here for plenty of kitchen parties! There is a sitting room to wind down in later in the evening and a laundry area with lots of storage on the same end of the cottage.
