Also, while the natural gas was being installed a new Natural Gas Generac generator was installed. Automatic startup, within 10 seconds the power is back on, all by itself. See, easy living. The home has vinyl windows and a metal roof, low maintenance and long lives. Electrical is good, these things solve future maintenance problems. On the inside is a large kitchen, long counters, lots of cabinets, a large pantry cupboard, included, also appliances. The living room provides hardwood floors, in good condition, a nice bright space. The bedroom provides a large closet, off of the living room. The bath is a nice size, a soaker tub and a stand alone shower. Laundry has its own space, off of the kitchen on your way to the second bedroom, also makes a nice den or office if you have the need. The basement has been spray foamed, creating better efficiency, this area has previously been used for a work shop space and entry is from the kitchen.
