The Cashback amount is calculated as a percentage of the purchase price and is based on the cooperating brokerage commission offered for the home purchased, which is subject to change without notice. Homebuyers who purchase a home through an Partner Agent and close on the sale are eligible to receive a cashback equal to the difference between the cooperating brokerage commission and one percent (1%) of the purchase price. For example, if the cooperating commission is 2.5%, the homebuyer will receive a cashback of 1.5% of the purchase price.
