Thanks for your question @Ahbash. I just spoke to our property inspector and he mentioned it is a normal settlement crack. It does not pose any future risk to the property. In the case that there were any problems in the first year after purchasing the home our 1 year home warranty would cover any issues.

Hello,  On “Inspection & Warranty Report”  on page 2. It mentions about Foundation has crack on the east side. Can you please give more details?

That's great, on the MLS it says $0.00 so I think that's why people are confused.

In response to your comment - if you click on our 'Home Inspection & Warranty' report above, and scroll to page 2, there is a section titled 'Average Monthly Bills'. In that section, you will note that the Association Fee is disclosed, and is $83/month, which is $996 annually.

what is the association fee /month as it resides in pvt street ?

At least keep Average price .  Why are you giving a wrong image to people by starting at so low. Everyone knows the reality.
