The buyer agent fee is the cooperating commission that is offered to agent who represents the buyer. For optimal results we recommended offering between 2-2.5%. All commissions are paid upon closing.

The cooperating commission is the fee offered to the agent who represents the buyer. Offering a competitive commission to buyer agents typically attracts more qualified buyers, which means more offers. Traditionally, a 5% listing fee would be split equally between the agents, with 2.5% to the buying agent and 2.5% to the listing agent. With Unreserved, the seller pays a $1,500 flat fee to the listing agent, and we strongly recommend offering 2% to the buyer agent to maximise offers. Selling with Unreserved means you’ll save thousands in commission.
